Objective To study the effect of detailed management on the management of obstetrics and gynecology in hospitals. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study. 100 patients were randomly divided into the routine group and the experimental group. There were 50 patients in each group.The patients underwent general care management, and the patients in the experimental group took detailed care management and then investigated the satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results According to the results of nursing satisfaction survey, the satisfaction of the regular group was 80％, the satisfaction of the experimental group was 96％, and the satisfaction of nursing was significantly better than that of the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of detailed management in the management of obstetrics and gynaecology in hospitals has obvious effects, improved the quality of medical services, and has been recognized by patients and can be used.%目的 研究分析细节管理在医院妇产科管理中的运用效果.方法 从该院妇产科2017年7月—2018年7月收治的100例患者对其进行研究分析,将100例患者采取随机方式分为常规组和实验组,每组50例,常规组患者采取一般的护理管理,实验组患者采取细节护理管理,然后对两组患者护理满意度进行调查.结果 根据护理满意度调查结果看,常规组满意度为80％,实验组满意度为96％,护理满意度明显好于常规组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义.结论 在医院妇产科管理中实行细节管理效果明显,提高了医疗服务质量,得到了病患的认可,可以使用.
