小儿肾积水的手术治疗及其疗效观察

摘要

目的探讨小儿肾积水手术治疗正确方法以及术后患儿疗效，为提高小儿肾积水疾病的治疗效果以及患儿的生活质量提供可靠临床依据。方法 根据肾积水患儿发病原因不同，可对肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄患儿以及输尿管膀胱连接处狭窄及膀胱输尿管反流患儿分别采取不同的手术方式治疗。结果 24例肾积水患儿手术治疗3个月后较其手术治疗前肾实质平均厚度有明显增加、肾盂平均前后径发生明显减少、GFR出现显著提高。结论 根据肾积水患儿发病原因不同，采取不同的手术治疗方式，可达到较为满意的治疗效果，患儿治疗前后肾实质厚度、肾盂前后径以及GFR均有明显改善。患儿若合并伴有其他症状，应根据患儿实际情况，选用不同的治疗方法。%　　Objective Explore the surgical treatment of pediatric hydronephrosis' correct method,and postoperative effects, provide a reliable clinical basis to improve of pediatric hydronephrosis disease therapeutic effect as well as the children's quality of life. Method Depending on the etiology of hydronephrosis,Different surgical treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction in children and ureter bladder junction stenosis and vesicoureteral reflux in children. Results 24 cases with hydronephrosis of surgical treatment of after three months,than before surgery Renal average thickness significantly increased renal pelvic anteroposterior diameter significantly reduced,GFR significantly improved. Conclusion Depending on the etiology of hydronephrosis,Different surgical treatment can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effect,and before and after treatment in children Renal parenchymal thickness, renal pelvis anteroposterior diameter and GFR were significantly improved. If combined with other symptoms,should be in accordance with the actual situation of the children,the use of different treatment methods.
