仿IRS系统制作简单器械取根管断针

摘要

随着根管治疗的发展，根管器械繁多，在面对复杂的根管系统的时候，断针在所难免，如何能够完美的取出断针，对根管内壁形成最小破坏，本文模仿IRS系统使用有开窗的注射器头，帮助取出折断在尖牙根管内的器械，获得良好效果。%Following the development of root canal treatment,and more and more endodontic instruments,broken file cases are easily to meet. How can we succeed to remove them and not cause more damage to the wall of root canal. The paper discusses how to use a syringe needle with cut-out window and help remove the fractured instruments from the root of canine. After this we think it is convenient,simple,useful method in removal of broken files.
