膀胱癌行电切术后加抗肿瘤药物治疗的根治率

摘要

Objective To investigate the cure rate by electric resection combined with anticancer drugs for the treatment of bladder cancer. Methods Our hospital receiving treatment in 80 cases of bladder cancer were analyzed, the medical staff according to the admission time were divided into two groups, each group has 40 patients. The control group using transurethral resection treatment, experimental group uses electric resection combined withanti tumor drug therapy, compared two groups of patients with radical re-sectionrate.Results In the experiment, 15 patients have good therapeutic effect in the experimental group, the cure rate reached 37.5%; the clinical symptoms of 23 patients were improved, the total efficiency of treatment was 95% higher than that of the con-trol group (cure rate was 20%, the total effective rate was 85%) (P<0.05); the experiment group in our hospital treatment satisfac-tion 95% higher than that of the control group patients (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically, patients with bladder cancer by transurethral resectioncombined with anti tumor drug treatment is effective, is worthy to be popularized.%目的：探讨采用电切除术联合抗肿瘤药物治疗膀胱癌的根治率。方法对我院接收治疗的80例膀胱癌患者资料进行分析，医护人员根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组，每组有40例患者。对照组采用电切除术治疗，实验组采用电切除术联合抗肿瘤药物治疗，比较两组患者的根治率等指标。结果实验中，实验组中有15例患者治疗效果较好，根治率达到37.5%；23例患者临床症状得到改善，治疗总有效率95%高于对照组（根治率为20%，治疗总有效率为85%）（P＜0.05）；实验组对我院治疗满意度达到95%高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论临床上，对膀胱癌患者采用电切除术联合抗肿瘤药物治疗效果较好，值得推广使用。
