一级质控在科室护理管理中的作用探讨

摘要

目的：探讨一级质控在科室护理质量管理中的作用和方法。方法由科室病区护士组成一级护理质量控制小组，一级护理质控小组通过定期检查、原因分析、持续改进及效果评价的PDCA循环管理模式不断完善病区一级护理质控体系，对病区的护理质量进行全程、全面的持续监控。结果质控组成员通过参与科室检查，在工作中能够严格要求自己，认真执行各项规章制度，保证护理质量得到有效提高。结论成立科室一级护理质控小组是对科室护理管理工作的有效补充，对提高护理质量、持续质量的改进、提高满意度、降低护理不良事件的发生有着重要的积极意义。%Objective To explore the function and method of the first grade nursing quality control in nursing quality man-agement of Department. Methods Establishment of first grade nursing quality control group by nursers of department. Through the methods of PDCA circulation management model, include regular inspection, cause analysis, continuous im-provement and effect evaluation, to improve the first grade nursing quality control system in department Continuously and achieve the purpose of monitoring the quality of nursing in a whole-process and comprehensive. Results Members of the first grade nursing quality control group through participation in the Department of inspection, Strict demands on themselves and implement the rules and regulations, to ensure that the quality of care has been effectively improved. Conclusions The establishment of the first grade nursing quality control group is an effective supplement to the Department of nursing man-agement.It has the positive significance to improve the quality of nursing and customer satisfaction continuous quality im-provement, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
