中医医院医护人员感染预防控制知识和技能强化培训效果评价

         

摘要

Objective To explore the training methods and modes for doctor and nurse of knowledge and skills about control of healthcare-associated infections in traditional Chinese hospital and evaluate the effect of the training. Methods Applying the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Theory when choosing and training the 120 doctors and nurses. The Hospital Infection Managemeng Department arranged intensive traing for the 120 people about theory of infection prevention and control, acupuncture technique, thoracentesis, dressing change, sputum aspiration, venous blood specimens collection, aseptic opera-tion technique. The satisfaction of the content and method of the training were observed and compared. Resluts The scores of the theory, acupuncture technique, thoracentesis, dressing change, sputum aspiration, venous blood specimens collection, aseptic operation technique were all significantly improved (P<0.05) after the training. The satisfation of the training on content and method were 4.95 and 4.92 separately. Conclusion Applying PDCA Theory in the systematic and intensive training of theroy and operating skill, after examine to train again, may effctively improve the skills and methods of health-care-associated infections of the workers.%目的 探讨中医院医护人员医院感染预防控制知识、技能培训方法、模式,分析评价培训的效果. 方法 此次培训、选拔过程运用PDCA(计划-实施-检查-行动)循环理论. 临床科室培训、考核后筛选出120名医护人员,医院感染管理科集中强化培训并考核其感染理论知识、毫针针刺法、胸腔穿刺术、换药术、吸痰法、静脉采血培养标本、无菌技术操作6项技能,评价培训效果.同时调查其对培训内容、方法的满意度.结果 医护人员感染理论知识、毫针针刺法、胸腔穿刺术、换药术、吸痰法、静脉采血培养标本、无菌技术操作方面的评分在集中培训前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).医护人员对此次培训内容的满意度为4.95,对培训方法的满意度为4.92. 结论 利用PDCA理论,通过系统、集中的理论知识培训、操作技能培训、考核再培训模式,可以有效的促进医护人员感染理论知识与实际操作技能的提高.
