Objective Explore the children's hand, foot and mouth disease epidemic and prevention and control measures. Methods The age and sex of 268 children with hand foot mouth disease treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospective-ly, and the prevention and control measures were discussed. Results The odds of hand, foot and mouth disease in children aged 4 to 70.52% years old were 29.48%, significantly higher than that of other age groups, and the incidence rate was 5, 66.04%and 33.96%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Scientific and effective prevention and control measures should be implemented in children aged 4 to 5 years in order to prevent the occurrence of hand, foot and mouth disease from 1 to July.%目的：探究儿童手足口病疫情及预防控制措施。方法对在该院进行治疗的268例手足口病患儿的年龄、性别等资料进行回顾分析，探讨对儿童手足口病的预防控制措施。结果1～4岁年龄段的儿童发生手足口病的几率为70.52%，明显高于其他年龄段的29.48%；5～7月份的发病率为66.04%，明显高于其他月份的33.96%，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手足口病发病率较高，且发病具有一定的规律性，相关部门应当在5～7月份对1～4岁的儿童实施科学有效的预防控制措施，以防止手足口病的发生。
