护理管理人才培养的流程管理研究

摘要

Objective To study the nursing management personnel training process management.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital since 2013,through process management mode of nursing management talents to build scientific decision-making sys-tem.Results The nursing management personnel training with the method of process management,have certain planning,targeted and continuity,improve the nursing quality.Conclusion The nursing management personnel to implement process management,to establish a high quality of care management cadres and to promote the development of nursing science,make the hospital sustain-able development.%目的：研究护理管理人才培养的流程管理。方法回顾分析该院2013年以来，通过流程管理方式构建的培养护理管理人才科学决策体系。结果护理管理人才培养采用流程管理的方式，具有一定的规划性、目标性和延续性，提高了护理质量。结论护理管理人才实施流程管理，能够建立一支高质量的护理管理干部队伍，促进护理学科的发展，使医院可持续发展。
