目的：研究探讨优质护理流程管理在预防肿瘤放化疗患者跌倒中的临床应用效果。方法选取该院收治的肿瘤患者480例作为研究对象，所有患者均给予放化疗，按照护理管理的方法不同将其分为两组，每组240例，对照组患者给予传统护理管理，观察组患者实施优质护理流程管理。分别对两组患者护理期间的跌倒发生情况进行统计分析，并采用自拟调查问卷对其护理后的满意度进行评分。结果观察组和对照组患者护理期间的跌倒发生率分别为0.00%和7.92%，护理满意度平均评分为（93.04±2.37）分和（82.19±3.03）分，护理满意度分别为92.96%和81.25%，观察组均显著优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对肿瘤放化疗的患者实施优质护理流程管理模式的护理，能有效预防跌倒的发生，提高患者的护理满意度，促进患者身心健康的恢复，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the quality care process management in the prevention of cancer and chemotherapy put pa-tients in the clinical effect of a fall. Methods Cancer patients in our hospital 480 cases of the study, all patients were given chemotherapy, according to different methods of nursing management will be divided into two groups of 240 patients in the control group were given traditional nursing management in each observation group process management quality care for patients. Conclusion Pa-tients with cancer chemotherapy to try nursing care process quality management, can effectively prevent the occurrence of falls, improve patient satisfaction with care, and promote physical and mental health of patients recover, worthy of clinical application.
