银川市2011-2013年公共场所卫生行政处罚案件分析

摘要

Objective Through the analysis of Yinchuan public health administrative penalty cases, understand the existing situa-tion and problems of Yinchuan public health administrative punishment, in order to further provides evidence for the management of public health supervision. Methods In 2011-2013 266 public health administrative penalty cases in accordance with the ad-ministrative punishment procedures, illegal subject categories, such as illegal behavior cause of action for statistical analysis. Results Yinchuan public health administrative penalty cases increased significantly since 2012, illegal main body with the hairdressing industry most,illegal behavior to open without the hygiene license shall obtain the public to give priority to. Conclusion Suggestions to further perfect the legal system, continue to intensify supervision and law enforcement, improve the level of law enforcement.%目的：通过分析银川市公共场所卫生行政处罚案件，了解银川市公共场所卫生行政处罚现状和存在问题，为进一步做好公共场所卫生监督管理工作提供依据。方法对2011-2013年266起公共场所卫生行政处罚案件按照行政处罚程序、违法主体类别、违法行为案由等方面进行统计分析。结果银川市公共场所卫生行政处罚案件数量自2012年开始明显增加，违法主体以美容美发业最多，违法行为以未依法取得公共场所卫生许可证擅自营业的为主。结论建议进一步完善法制体系，持续加大监督执法力度，提高执法水平。
