Objective To explore the value of practice and strengthen the image of nurses in improving nursing quality manage-ment. Methods By establishing nurse values, strengthen the quality management of nursing staff, the nurses' comprehensive ability and etiquette training in various forms and put forward our hospital moved service concept of combining the comparative analysis before and after the nursing work quality and the degree of satisfaction of patients to carry out this activity, the patients'satisfaction level to nursing service to carry out greatly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Results Strengthen the image man-agement of nurses love their jobs, work enthusiasm was high, reached the nursing error and defect decreased in the accident rate of 0, 0 nursing complaints, and promote the improvement of nursing quality. Conclusion Has achieved remarkable results in our hospital nurses image management, obtained great satisfaction of patients, and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.%目的：探讨加强护士形象管理在提高护理质量中的实践与价值。方法通过树立护士价值观，加强护理人员的素质管理，护士礼仪与综合能力培训等多种形式与我院提出的感动式服务理念相结合的方法，对比并分析此活动开展前后的护理工作质量及患者对护理服务的满意度，患者对护理服务满意度与开展前相比明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果加强护士形象管理后护士热爱本职工作，工作积极性明显高涨，护理差错和护理缺陷明显降低，年事故率0，护理工作0投诉，并促进了护理质量的提高。结论该院加强护士形象管理取得了显著成效，获得了患者的极大满意，并构建了和谐的护患关系。
