精神科夜班护士自身安全隐患分析和防护措施探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the hidden dangers of self-safety of night nurses in the department of psychiatry and study on protection measures and study the measures of reducing risks. Methods The hidden dangers of self-safety of night nurses in the department of psychiatry in our hospital were retrospectively surveyed, and the causes were analyzed and the preventive measures were discussed. Results Targeted overall prevention can reduce risks and greatly ensure the self-safety of night nurses. Conclusion We should apply the overall measures and coordinate various departments thus reducing risks, ensuring the safety of night nurses and ensuring the successful development of work.%目的：调查分析精神科夜班护士自身安全隐患，探讨降低风险的措施。方法对笔者所在医院精神科夜班护士自身安全隐患进行回顾性调查，分析原因，探讨防范措施。结果有针对性地综合预防，能够降低风险，有力地保障夜班护士自身安全。结论需要运用综合治理措施，各部门协调联动，才能降低风险，保障夜班护士人身安全，保障工作顺利开展。
