泰州市海陵区基层医疗服务监督哨点建设及管理措施

摘要

This paper makes research and Discussion on the layout, supervision, supervision, supervision, reporting, work advantage and existing problems in the supervision of the basic medical service. At the same time, it is proposed that we should strengthen the training, strict examination, and improve the rewards and punishment, to build a better supervision of the basic medical service, and give full play to the role of active supervision and social supervision.%该文从基层医疗服务监督哨点的布局设置、监督内容、监督方法、报告方式、工作优势、存在问题等方面作研究和探讨。阐述基层医疗服务监督哨点的建立的优势，明显拓宽了卫生监督覆盖面，主动、及时掌握了基层非法行医线索和现状；同时密切联系群众，在强化舆论监督、共同监督等方面发挥重要作用。同时提出应从充实人员、加强培训、严格考核、完善奖惩等方面入手，更好的建设基层医疗服务监督哨点，充分发挥主动监督、社会监督作用。
