目的：分析犬咬伤后伤口的处理方法及狂犬疫苗接种的护理方法。方法随机选取本中心体检门诊收治的80例犬咬伤患者，对患者的临床资料进行回顾和总结，分析犬咬伤的处理方法及狂犬疫苗接种的护理措施。结果通过2年随访发现，该组患者无1例出现狂犬病症状，咬伤伤口均全部愈合。结论对犬咬伤患者的伤口进行规范处理，并对患者进行狂犬疫苗接种，可有效预防狂犬病，是防止狂犬病发作的重要手段。%Objective To analyze the dog bite injury treatment and nursing method of rabic vaccination. Methods 80 cases of patients with dog bite injury admitted and treated in the physical examination clinic were randomly selected, and the clinical data of patients were retrospectively summarized, and the treatment method and rabic vaccination nursing measures were analyzed. Results The two-year follow-up showed that rabic symptom did not occur to any one, and the dog bite in-juries were all cured. Conclusion The standardized treatment for dog bite injuries of patients and rabic vaccination for pa-tients can effectively prevent the hydrophobia, which is an important means of preventing the attack of hydrophobia.
