目的：评估住院患儿陪护者对患儿安全问题的认识程度，找出其认识薄弱或认识不到位的环节，对其进行有针对性的安全知识教育，改变其行为，降低住院患儿意外伤害发生率。方法将该科2015年11月-2016年6月住院的556名高危患儿随机分为2组，制定陪护人员安全知识评估量表，根据量表对高危患儿的陪护人员进行评估，评估后对照组按常规工作流程进行安全宣教，观察组在此基础上，找到陪护人安全认识不足的环节，向陪护人对此环节强化安全知识宣教。结果对照组意外伤害发生率为5.7%，观察者意外伤害发生率为1.4%。结论对安全意识淡薄或缺乏的住院患儿陪护者进行有针对性的安全知识宣教，提高其对小儿安全问题的认识，提升安全措施的依从性，可以显著降低住院患儿意外伤害的发生率。%Objective To evaluate the hospitalized children caregiver's awareness degree of children safety issues, find out the links of weak awareness or insufficient awareness, and carry out the targeted safety knowledge education for them, and change their behaviors thus reducing the incidence rate of accidental injury of hospitalized children. Methods 556 cases of high-risk children hospitalized in our department in our hospital from November 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, and the safety knowledge assessment scale of caregivers was made, and the caregivers of high-risk children were assessed according to the scale, after assessment, the control group adopted the safety education according to the rou-tine workflow, and the observation group found out the links of insufficient safety awareness and carry out the targeted safe-ty knowledge education for caregivers on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence rate of accidental injury was 5.7%in the control group and 1.4% in the observation group. Conclusion The targeted safety knowledge education for hos-pitalized caregivers with weak safety awareness and lack of safety awareness can improve their awareness of children safety issues, improve the compliance of safety measures and obviously reduce the incidence rate of accidental injury of hospital-ized children.
