Objective To know the application and rationality of antibacterials of inpatients in our hospital since the an-tibacterial clinical application guiding principle in 2015 was implemented. Methods The application of antibacterials of in-patients in our whole hospital on March 24, 2016 were surveyed and analyzed by the cross-sectional survey method. Re-sults In the 753 cases of inpatients, 146 cases applied the antibacterials, and the use rate of antibacterials was 19.39%, 14 cases were with combined medication, and all patients were with drug combination therapy, accounting for 9.59%, 132 cases were with single medication, accounting for 90.41%, antibacterial DDDs was 157.74, the use rate of treatment antibacterials in the whole hospital was 60.27%, and the use rate of treatment and prevention was 12.33%, and the preventive use rate was 27.40%, and the bacterial culture submission rate of treatment use was 49.06%. Conclusion The general condition of antibacterial cross-sectional use in our hospital is rational, but the issues of low submission rate of microbe specimen in the department of urinary surgery, more medication by individual experience, too high medication rate of I incision prevention in the second department of orthopaedics and general preventive medication of ophthalmologic operation still exist, and the new-edition guiding principle needs to be further implemented.%目的：了解2015年版《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》发布实施以来，该院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况及合理性。方法采用横断面调查方法，对2016年3月24日0：00-24：00的全院所有住院患者进行抗菌药物使用调查、分析。结果753例住院患者中，使用抗菌药物的146例，抗菌药物使用率为19.39%，其中联合用药14例，全部为二联用药，占比9.59%，单联用药132例，占比90.41%，抗菌药物DDDs为157.74。全院治疗性抗菌药物使用率为60.27%，治疗加预防使用率为12.33%，预防性使用率为27.40%，治疗性使用抗菌药物细菌培养送检率为49.06%。结论该院抗菌药物使用情况总体较为合理，但还存在泌尿外科微生物标本送检率低，凭个人经验用药多，骨二科I类切口预防用药率太高，眼科手术全身性预防用药等问题，需进一步落实新版《指导原则》。
