精细管理在神经内科护理管理中的运用

在医疗机构中神经内科属于一个极其重要的科室，护理管理工作将直接关系到患者的治疗以及恢复效果。但是在实际的工作中，护理事故、投诉、纠纷以及护患沟通问题层出不穷，因此必须要加强护理管理工作。精细管理是随着社会和文化发展而产生的一种较为新型的护理管理模式，更是服务质量精细化以及医学模式转变的必然要求。该文主要对神经内科护理管理中精细管理的运用进行探讨。%In the medical institutions, the department of neurology belongs to a vital department, and the nursing manage-ment work directly concerns the treatment for patients and recovery effect, but in practical work, the issues including nurs-ing accidents, complaints, disputes and communication are endless, therefore, it is necessary to enhance the nursing man-agement work. The refined management is a new-type nursing management model, which emerges with the social and cul-tural development, and also the necessary requirement of refined service quality and change of medical model. The paper mainly studies the application of refined management in the nursing management in the department of neurology.
