目的：系统探讨医院快速指血血糖检测质量管理措施及效果。方法建立医院快速指血血糖检测管理小组，制定质量管理制度，强化检测人员的业务培训，开展全过程质量控制，对比实施质量管理前后该院各血糖仪间总CV和对照值偏差。结果在实施指血血糖检测质量管理后，该院15台快速指血糖仪的总CV和对照值偏差显著减小，指血血糖检测质量明显提升。结论实施快速指血血糖检测全过程质量管理是得到准确、可靠血糖实验结果的基础保证，有助于临床针对性治疗。%Objective To systematically discuss the measures and effect of quality management of rapid finger blood glucose monitoring of the hospital. Methods The management group of rapid finger blood glucose monitoring of the hospital was es-tablished, the quality management system was made, the business training of the monitoring staff was enhanced, the quality control in the whole process was carried out, and the total CV and control value deviations of various blood glucose meters of our hospital before and after the implementation of quality management were compared. Results After the implementation of quality management of rapid finger blood glucose monitoring, the total CV and control value deviations of 15 rapid blood glucose meters of our hospital obviously decreased, and the finger blood glucose monitoring quality was obviously improved. Conclusion The implementation of quality management of rapid finger blood glucose monitoring is the basic guarantee for obtaining an accurate and reliable blood glucose experimental result, which is conducive to the targeted treatment in clinic.
