多站式仿真教学在急救护理教学中的价值

     

摘要

目的:探讨多站式仿真教学在急救护理教学中的价值。方法以2013级全日制统招护理专科生为研究对象,随机分为两组,30例研究组和30例对照组,分别给予多站式仿真教学与传统教学。对比:①两组教学后理论成绩及护理操作能力评分。②两组对课堂氛围的满意度。结果①两组教学后理论成绩及护理操作能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。②研究组和对照组对课堂氛围的满意度分别为(84.6±8.2)分、(75.6±6.5)分,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论该研究认为与传统教学相比,多站式仿真教学在急救护理教学中更能提高护生的课堂参与度,对提高护生学习成绩和护理操作能力有积极的意义。%Objective To study the value of multidrop simulative teachingin the specialized nursing emergency teaching. Methods 60 cases of full-time nursing college students in 2013 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the research group adopted multidrop simulative teaching, and the control group adopted traditional teaching, and the theoretic achievements and nursing operation capability scores after teaching and satisfactory degree to classroom atmo-sphere of the two groups were compared. Results There were differences in the theoretic achievements and nursing opera-tion capability scores between the two groups after teaching by comparison, P<0.05 and there was a difference in the satis-factory degree to classroom atmosphere between the research group and the control group by comparison, (84.6±8.2) marks vs(75.6±6.5) marks], P<0.05. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching, the multidrop simulative teaching can bet-ter improve the student nurses' participation in specialized nursing emergency teaching, which is of positive significance to the improvement of academic achievement and nursing operation ability of student nurses.
