关于医院西药库药品管理的方法分析

摘要

Objective To study and to explore the hospital medicine management methods of western medicine library, in order to improve the management quality of hospital library western medicine drugs to provide reference basis. Methods From January 2014 to December, the period from the western medicine library using ABC classification management in the process of drug administration management;In January 2015, our hospital library medicine western medicine management of ABC classification management is optimized and improved, the introduction of the CVA classification management, take CVA classification management to manage library medicine, western medicine to collect data from January 2015 to Decem-ber. Contrast two phases in purchasing drug types, safety inventory cycle, year purchase amount, purchase, purchase cycle, inventory, inventory turnover, inventory average workload, rate of out of stock. Results Compared with from January 2014 to December, from January 2015 to December of the year purchasing drug species increased significantly (P< 0.05), the safety stock cycle, purchasing cycle were significantly reduced(P< 0.05), the annual purchase amount, in the mean number of pro-curement, inventory, inventory workload were significantly reduced(P<0.05), obviously improve the inventory turnover ratio, out of stock rate significantly decreased(P< 0.05). Conclusion Western medicine library of medicine management in hospi-tal, can manage to take CVA classification management, to improve hospital medicine library inventory turns, decrease the rate of out of stock, enhances the working efficiency of the western medicine library in an all-round way.%目的：研究并探讨医院西药库药品管理的方法,为提高医院西药库药品管理质量提供借鉴依据。方法于2014年1—12月,该阶段内该院西药库药品管理过程中采用ABC分类管理法进行管理；2015年1月起,该院西药库药品管理方面对ABC分类管理法进行了优化和改进,引入了CVA分类管理法,采取CVA分类管理法对西药库药品进行管理,收集2015年1—12月的数据。对比两个阶段的年采购药品种类、安全库存周期、年采购金额、年采购次数、采购周期、盘点工作量、库存周转率、库存均值、断货率。结果与2014年1—12月相比,2015年1—12月的年采购药品种类明显增多(P<0.05),安全库存周期、采购周期均明显缩短(P<0.05),年采购金额、年采购次数、盘点工作量、库存均值均明显减少(P<0.05),库存周转率明显提高,断货率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在医院西药库药品管理中,可采取CVA分类管理法进行管理,有利于提高医院西药库的库存周转率,降低断货率,全面提高西药库工作效率。
