基层卫生院护理质量管理存在的问题与应对策略探析

Problems existing in current nursing quality management in primary health centers are the following aspects, namely the nurses' professional level low, do not have a strong concept of nursing quality; a serious shortage of nursing staff, far less than the requirement of sanitation management department of personnel with the number of, the nursing quality is difficult to improve; nursing system is not perfect, make the purpose of the system just in order to cope with the examina-tion; contempt nursing work, work malpractice gradually increased; conventional treatment in busy, for their own protection is often easy to overlook, self-protection awareness of nurses is not strong. Grass-roots hospitals to improve the nursing quality, we must enhance the nurse's responsibility, pay attention to the nursing work, enhance the enthusiasm of nurses;conduct regular assessment of the quality of care, effectively prevent nursing risk;establish and perfect the related system of nursing and ensure nursing quality to meet with the requirements of the standard; should also set up nursing logistics staff positions, to nurses do correct assessment;at the same time, to standardize nurses' nursing behaviors, in order to prevent the emergence of clinical practice.%目前基层卫生院的护理质量管理存在的问题有以下几个方面，即护士业务水平较低，护理质量观念不强；护理人员数量严重不足，远远少于卫生管理部门要求的人员配备数量，使得护理质量难以改善；护理制度不够健全，制定制度的目的只是为了应付检查；轻视护理工作，护理工作的弊端逐渐增多；常规治疗中忙碌，对于自身的防护往往容易忽略，护士的自我保护意识不强。基层卫生院要提高护理的质量，必须提升护士的责任感，重视护理工作，增强护士的工作热情；定期进行护理质量考核，有效防范护理风险；制定与完善护理相关制度，确保护理质量达到患者的要求标准；还应设立护理后勤人员岗位，对护士的工作情况做正确的评估；同时，要规范护士的各种护理行为，以防出现临床操作方面的问题。
