2009-2013年广州市番禺区公共场所卫生状况分析

     

摘要

目的:分析2009—2013年广州市番禺区的公共场所卫生状况,为公共场所卫生的管理提供可靠依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》等文件的要求对番禺区的各类型公共场所进行空气质量及公共卫生用品的监测,按照《公共场所卫生标准》进行分析和评价。结果2009—2013年共监测公共场所空气质量样本共15027个,合格率为71.8%,其中2010年的空气质量合格率最高,为81.2%,2013年的空气质量合格率最低,为65.2%,年限间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同场所的空气质量,商场的空气质量合格率最高,为93.1%,文化娱乐场所的空气质量合格率最低,仅为28.1%(P<0.05)。公共卫生用品共21736个,合格率为92.0%,其中旅店的公共用品合格率最高,为97.3%,文化娱乐场所的公共用品合格率最低,为78.0%(P<0.05);不同监测项目中二氧化碳的合格率最高,为99.9%,可吸入颗粒物的合格率最低,为85.5%。结论番禺区的总体公共场所卫生状况一般,文化娱乐场所的空气质量和公共用品的合格率均比较低,需要进一步加强监督管理,保障公共卫生的质量。%Objective To analyze the public places health status in Panyu District of Guangzhou in 2009, and provide the reliable basis for the management of public places in. Methods The monitoring of air quality and public health activities in accordance with the rules of health monitoring for public places, the public health standard inspection methods "such as file requirements of Panyu District, various types of public places, according to the" public place hygiene standards "for analy-sis and evaluation. Results From 2009 to 2013 and monitoring of air quality in public places in the sample were 15 027, qualified rate was 71.8%, the 2010 air quality qualified rate highest, 81.2%, 2013 years of air quality qualified rate lowest was 65.2%, age difference significant(P< 0.05), the difference was statistically significant; air quality in different places, shopping malls and air quality qualified rate is highest, 93.1%, the air quality of the cultural and entertainment qualified rate is the lowest, only 28.1%(P< 0.05). Public health supplies a total of 21 736, qualified rate was 92.0%, the qualified hotel public activities rate highest, 97.3%, cultural and entertainment public goods qualified rate lowest 78.0%(P < 0.05);carbon dioxide in the various monitoring items qualified rate is highest, 99.9%, respirable particulate matter, the passing rate of the lowest, was 85.5%. Conclusion The overall public health situation in Panyu District, the qualified rate of the cultural and entertainment air quality and public goods are relatively low, the need to further strengthen supervision and management, ensure the quality of public health.
