新民市生活饮用水水质微生物检验分析

         

摘要

Objective For the situation of drinking water quality in the public know exactly, provide the basis for the im-provement of drinking water pollution, investigation and Research on microbial Xinmin City drinking water. Methods Ac-cording to the relevant water quality standards according to the actual situation of the city conducted a survey of public drinking water microorganisms, and the results were recorded and analyzed. Results City residents drinking water microbial inspection pass rate of 97.2%, rural area was 88.4%, compared with the city drinking water in rural areas of the microbial content of less (P<0.05);spring and winter residents drinking water microbial examination qualified rate is 95.3%, while the summer quarter is only 81.3%, the spring and winter quarter quarter summer residents drinking water microbial content was high (P<0.05) in rural areas;the total number of colonies qualified rate is 85.3%, the city area is 92.7%, the total qualified rate was 88.6% in rural areas; total coliform pass rate of 85.6%, the city area is 94.8%, the total qualified rate was 89.7%;thermotolerant coliform bacteria in rural areas the qualified rate is 90.4%, the city area is 98.3%, the total qualified rate was 93.9%;the difference in rural areas the total number of colonies and city area no significance (χ2=2.797, P>0.05), ther-motolerant coliforms, total coliforms in rural areas were lower than the city area indexes (χ2=5. 854, χ2=4.788, P<0.05). conclusion We examine the drinking water microbial microbial indicators of drinking water in rural areas, the qualified rate of city residents than the low, and the growth and reproduction of microorganisms in drinking water more in summer and au-tumn.%目的:为确切了解市民生活饮用水水质情况,为改善饮用水污染提供依据,对新民市饮用水中微生物进行调查研究。方法根据相关水质检验标准结合该市实际情况对市民生活饮用水水中微生物进行调查,并对结果进行记录分析。结果城市居民饮用水中微生物检查合格率为97.2%,农村地区为88.4%,城市较农村地区饮用水微生物含量少(P<0.05);春冬季居民饮用水中微生物检查合格率为95.3%,而夏秋季度仅为81.3%,春冬季度较夏秋季度居民饮用水微生物含量高(P<0.05);菌落总数农村地区合格率为85.3%,城市地区为92.7%,总合格率为88.6%;总大肠菌群农村地区合格率为85.6%,城市地区为94.8%,总合格率为89.7%;耐热大肠菌群农村地区合格率为90.4%,城市地区为98.3%,总合格率为93.9%;菌落总数农村与城市地区差别无意义(χ2=2.797,P>0.05),耐热大肠菌群、总大肠菌群农村地区检查指标均低于城市地区(χ2=5.854,χ2=4.788,P<0.05)。结论我们对居民饮用水水质微生物进行检查,农村地区饮用水中微生物指标合格率比城市居民的低,且饮用水中微生物在夏秋季生长繁殖较多。
