目的：观察皮肤科应用CNP模式后护理满意度和疗效的提升情况é方法以该院皮肤科2015年1-10月区间确诊并纳入治疗的各类皮肤疾病患者作为该次临床研究对象，共80例é所有研究对象应用随机数字表方法分组，组别设置为对照组、观察组，各组分别纳入40例患者é对照组患者按照常规工作模式进行护理，观察组患者按照CNP模式进行护理é对比对照组、观察组患者在护理满意度以及护理疗效方面的差异é结果观察组患者经评价护理总满意率为97.50％(39/40)，显著高于对照组80.00％(32/40)，两组数据经对比检验差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)é观察组各类疾病患者住院时间均明显短于对照组，住院费用均明显低于对照组，两组数据经对比检验差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)é结论在皮肤科中引入实施CNP护理模式可显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度，对缩短住院时间、降低住院费用均有确切影响，可促进护理疗效的提升é%Objective To investigate the application of CNP dermatology nursing mode satisfaction and efficacy lift. Meth-ods In my hospital dermatology January 2015 - October 2015 interval diagnosed and treatment included various types of skin disease patients as of this clinical study, a total of 80 cases. Conclusion Introduced in dermatology implemented CNP care model can significantly im-prove patient satisfaction with care work, shorter hospital stay, cost of hospitalization has a definite impact on, can promote to enhance the efficacy of care.
