该文从护理管理、介入护理、心理护理等方面分析当前医学影像科室的护理现状，通过对影像科室不同单元的工作的分析，制定合理的工作流程和合理的护理方案，从而有效提高影像科室的护理效率和护理水平é通过分析，本文认为只有制定影像科室的工作流程和护理方案是不够的，还应该加强护理人员的培训和岗位职责的管理，从而加强影像科室护理工作的执行力，才能有效提高科室护理管理水平é%This article analysis the current status of medical imaging department of nursing management from the aspect of nursing management, intervention nursing and psychological nursing, to establish reasonable process and reasonable nursing plan by the analysis of the medical image in different units of work, effectively improve the nursing efficiency of medical image department and the nursing level. Through the analysis , this paper argues that only making medical image depart-ment working process and nursing plan is not enough, we also should strengthen nurses' training and management responsi-bility, to strengthen the execution of medical image nursing department, and then the level of nursing management depart-ment can effectively improved.
