Objective To analyze and discuss the error factors and solutions before the medical test analysis and provide the valuable reference for the future medical test analysis work. Methods 1 298 cases of clinical cases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects and the error conditions of patients before the clinical medical test analysis were counted and summarized. Results The observation showed 1 289 cases that the issues in the sample collection course leading to the errors before analysis was in 1 166 cases, accounting for 90.46%, and the error factors included the insufficient preparation work before collection, accidents in the blood collection course and after the blood collection, in addition, and the errors before analysis of some patients were caused by the reagent factor and equipment factor. Conclusion There are many factors of errors before the medical test analysis, which has a serious ef-fect on the test results, and in clinical work, we should positively adopt the effective countermeasures, avoid or correct er-rors, improve the test accuracy and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment work.%目的：对医学检验分析前误差因素及解决措施进行分析探讨，为今后的医学检验分析工作，提供有价值的参考信息。方法选择2014年1月-2016年10月间收治的临床病例1289例作为研究对象，对患者临床医学检验分析前出现误差情况进行统计分析，对临床医学检验分析前误差因素进行总结。结果观察中发现，1289例受试者中，有1166例（90.46%）患者由于样本采集的过程中出现问题，造成分析前误差。误差因素中包括有样本采集前准备工作不足、样本采集过程中出现意外、样本采集完毕后发生意外；除此外部分患者因试剂或者是设备因素出现分析前误差。结论医学检验分析前，造成误差的因素较多，给检验结果造成了严重影响，临床工作中，应积极采取有效应对措施，避免或修正误差，提高检验准确性，为临床诊治工作，提高有价值的参考信息。
