目的：统计分析2015年深圳湾口岸入境人员感染传染性病毒的情况，为口岸疫情防控和智慧口岸建设提供科学的意见和建议。方法对发热人员进行医学巡查并根据疑似患者症状采集咽拭子样本、血液样本、尿液样本，送至保健中心实验室进行传染病检测分析。结果在送检的3602份样本中检出阳性样本1102例，总体阳性率为30.59%；病患中儿童数量居多；病例来源地主要为香港地区及其他亚洲国家；病患检出量呈现秋冬季度较多，春夏较少的特点。结论初步掌握了深圳湾口岸检出的入境传染病总体情况，根据归纳的传染病特性提出了做好跨境儿童监测、加强联建单位协同机制、推进精细化管理模式、强化科研创新的意见，在深圳湾口岸创建全国一流智慧口岸的工作中具有重要意义。%Objective To analyze the infection condition of infection viruses of entry persons at Shenzhen Bay Port in 2015 and provide scientific suggestions for the prevention of epidemic situation at ports and construction of Wisdom port. Meth-ods The fever persons were given the medical inspection and throat swab samples, blood samples and urine samples were collected according to the symptoms of suspect patients, and sent to the laboratory of healthcare center for the infection dis-ease test and analysis. Results In 3 602 pieces of samples, 1 102 cases of positive samples were tested and the total posi-tive rate was 30.59%, and most patients were children, and the case source place was Hongkong area and other Asian coun-tries, and more patients could be detected in autumn and winter and fewer patients could be detected in spring and summer. Conclusion The total condition of entry infection diseases at Shenzhen Bay Port is initially mastered, and we should do a good job in cross border children monitoring, enhance the cooperation mechanism of units, promote the refined management model and intensify the innovation of scientific research according to the infection disease features, which is of important significance to establishing the national first-class wisdom port work at Shenzhen Bay Port.
