自拟化瘀扶正消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

摘要

Objective:ve To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huayu Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Method:From January 2014 to July 201 5,108 cases of patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital were treated as the re-search object,54 cases in observation group were treated with Huayu Fuzhengxiaoliu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis,The other 54 cases were set as the control group,which were treated by routine western medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the volume of uterine fibroids were compared.Result:The volume of uterine fibroids in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The use of Huayu Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients ,reduce the volume of myoma of uterus,Improve the treatment effect of patients,Can be used in the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.%目的：：探讨自拟化瘀扶正消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效.方法：从2014年1月到2015年7月我院妇产科收治的108例子宫肌瘤患者中按入院编号随机选取54例设为观察组,采用自拟化瘀扶正消瘤汤治疗,将另外54例患者设为对照组,采用常规西医治疗.对比观察组和对照组患者的治疗效果及子宫肌瘤体积状况.结果：观察组患者治疗后子宫肌瘤体积与对照组相比明显较小,P ＜0．05.观察组患者 MDQ 评分与对照组相比明显较低,t ＝10．051,P ＜0．05.观察组患者治疗总有效率与对照组相比明显较高,P ＜0．05.结论：使用自拟化瘀扶正消瘤汤能有效缓解患者临床症状,减少子宫肌瘤体积,提高患者治疗效果,可在子宫肌瘤的临床治疗中推广运用.
