优质护理在冠心病患者护理工作中的开展效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨优质护理在冠心病患者中的护理方法和效果。方法在我科2015年8月———2016年8月收治的患者中选取100名冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各50名，对照组患者采用常规方法护理，观察组在此基础上增加优质护理，对比两组患者对于护理工作的满意度以及住院时间、心率、血压的改善情况，归纳两组的护理效果。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者对于护理的满意度较高，住院时间较短，且血压、心率的改善情况也优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论优质护理在冠心病患者护理中效果明显，可以提高患者满意度，改善身体各项指标，应该在临床中进行推广。%Objective To explore the nursing method and ef ect of high quality nursing care in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in our hospital from August 2015 to AugustThe control group was treated with conventional nursing,the observation group based on the increase quality of nursing care,compared two groups of patients satis-faction for nursing work and the improvement of hospitalization time,heart rate and blood pressure,summarized the nursing ef ect of the two groups.Results compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with higher satisfaction,shorter hospital stay,and blood pressure,heart rate change is also bet er than the control group,the dif erence has statistical signifi-cance.Conclusion high quality nursing care in patients with coronary heart disease in patients with obvious ef ect,can improve patient satisfaction,improve the body of the indicators,should be in clinical promotion.
