快速康复外科理念的肝癌患者围术期护理流程应用分析

摘要

目的：：研究快速康复外科理念在肝癌患者围术期护理流程中的应用效果.方法：本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年1月~2016年1月期间在我院进行手术治疗的肝癌患者,将80例患者随机分为2组,40例/组.常规护理(对照组),FTS护理干预(观察组).对比两组肝癌患者的术中指标、术后指标和并发症发生率.结果：两组患者的术中指标对比无统计学意义,观察组肝癌患者的术后指标、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P＜0．05).结论：在肝癌患者围术期护理流程中遵循快速康复外科理念有利于减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复.%Objective:To study the effect of FTS on nursing process of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma during perioperative period.Methods:80 patients with liver cancer from 2015.1 to 2016.1 were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases/group.Routine care(control group),the use of nursing in-tervention under the FTS(observation group).The complication rate was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the intraoperative indexes between the two groups.The postoperative index and the complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Follow-up FTS in the perioperative nursing process of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications.
