血管内皮细胞移植治疗角膜内皮损伤的可行性分析

摘要

目的 分析研讨血管内皮细胞移植治疗角膜内皮损伤疾病的可行性状况.方法 此研究为前瞻性研究,采用随机抽签方式,从我院2015年2月至2016年7月期间收治的角膜内皮损伤患者中,抽取60例纳入到讨论中,60例按治疗方式分A、B、C、D四个组(各15例),得出有效结论.结果 C组、D组患者术眼角膜存在透明状,在显微镜下有所加大,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后一周、两周和术后第一天对比,A组、C组的角膜厚度有所变薄,其差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).A组、C组、D组患者术后第一周、第二周时,对比其角膜厚度有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 治疗角膜内皮损伤可考虑给予血管内皮细胞移植手术,此方式治疗,自体角膜内皮层屏障可得到替代,角膜透明度得到保持,有一定应用性.%Objective To investigate the feasibility of vascular endothelial cell transplantation for corneal endothelial injury.Methods This prospective study by random draw,from patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to July 2016,the corneal endothelial injury in 60 cases,drawn into the discussion,60 cases treated with A,B,C,D four groups(15 cases each),and draw valid conclusions.Results C group,D group of patients with corneal are transparent,increased under the microscope,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),one week after the surgery,two weeks after operation and the first day of comparison,the corneal thickness A group and C group was thinner,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,group C and group D,the corneal thickness was statistically significant at the first and second week after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of corneal endothelial injury may be considered to be transplanted into the vascular endothelial cells.In this way,the corneal endothelial barrier can be replaced,and the corneal transparency can be maintained.
