三条无箱造型线的铸造车间工艺设计

摘要

The flaskless casting workshop introduced consists of a vertical molding line and two horizontal lines. Some special principles, casting technology flow path, layout have been introduced with calculation of all the main departments production ability and selection of major equipment. Some measures adopted in casting workshop design involving safety, environment, informatization have also been introduced.%本文介绍的铸造车间包含一条垂直造型线、两条水平造型线.首先介绍了设计中的一些原则、铸造工艺流程、整体布局,讲述了主要设备的选择情况,最后介绍了设计中在车间安全、环境、信息化方面采取的一些措施.
