2MW风电轮毂低温球铁的生产工艺

             

摘要

The production process for wind power hub has been introduced in which ductile iron casting with low temperature impact resistance for such hub has been produced with induction furnace and all scrap steel melting.The melting process is simple and reliable without need to add any metal (Ni) and by pneumatic desulfuration and molten iron pre-treatment.With precision control of chemical compostion expecially for the cotent of ω[Si],ω[Mn],ω[P],the requirements for stable low-temperature impact test (-40 ℃),yield strength and elogation as-cast condition have been met with small value flunctuation.MT and UT have also been conformed with EN standard Level 2~3,it has been produced for several years and melting process has become mature%介绍了风电轮毂球铁的生产工艺,采用感应电炉全废钢增碳工艺生产耐低温冲击韧性的球墨铸铁轮毂,熔炼工艺简单可靠.采用气动脱硫,铁液预处理工艺,无需加入金属[Ni];通过精确控制化学成分尤其是ω[Si]、ω[Mn]、ω[P]元素含量,铸态下较易达到低温(-40℃)冲击韧性(Akv)、屈服强度(Rp0.2)和延伸率要求,数值波动小,稳定性好;MT探伤和UT探伤符合欧洲标准2~3级要求,己连续生产数年,熔炼工艺已趋成熟.
