百万千瓦超超临界汽轮机阀壳管件焊接技术的研究及应用

摘要

Study has been done, for instance, on castings of valve casing pipe ifttings for a million kilowatts ultra supercritical steam turbine researched and developed at home.With analysis of material weldability, groove design and welding method test, the quality of pipes welding and castings has been both properly controlled to meet the technical requirements with acceptance check.%以百万千瓦超超临界汽轮机阀壳管件铸件为例，通过材料的焊接性分析、坡口的设计及焊接方法、工艺试验等，很好地控制了管件焊接质量，满足了管件焊接技术要求，铸件质量得到有效控制，顺利通过技术验收。
