通过合理配料降低铁液成本实践

             

摘要

Synthesized contrast among aspects as technology specifications, charging, alloy cost of the casting of the cylinder seat of main and secondary bearings of a compressor produced in foundry workshop with medium frequency induction furnace and annual output of 30 000 tons has resulted in that stable quility of melted iron with lowering melting cost would be obtained with technology of reasonable use of high Mn pig iron with silicon steel chips.%以年产3万t压缩机主副轴承汽缸座铸件的车间为对象,针对铸造生产是采用中频感应电炉的单一熔炼方式,从铸件的工艺技术要求、炉料情况、合金价格等方面进行综合对比,认为合理使用高锰生铁硅钢片工艺,既能稳定铁液质量,又能降低熔化运行成本。
