炉温均匀性校验在铸锻企业的应用

摘要

依据AMS 2750E中对于炉温均匀性校验的要求,结合实际生产操作难点,讨论炉温均匀性校验在铸锻企业中的应用.例如,炉温均匀性校验的方法,炉温均匀性校验的要求,有效减少炉温均匀性试验的次数从而节约成本以及解决满载情况下的热电偶摆放等问题的方法.%Based on the requirement of AMS 2750E for furnace temperature uniformity verification and the operation difficulty in practical production,the application of furnace temperature uniformity verification in foundry and metalformingenterprise has been discussed.For instance,the way to verify the uniformity of the furnace temperature,the requirement of temperature uniformity verification,and the way to effectively reduce the number of furnace temperature uniformity test for lower cost have been put forward,as well as the way to solve the thermocouple placement issue under fiull load.
