GGG-NiMn137无磁奥氏体球墨铸铁熔炼工艺研究

The designand implementation of GGG-NiMn137 non-magnetic austenitic ductile iron smelting process are systematically summarized,including the chemical composition control and spheroidization and inoculation treatment of GGG-NiMn137 austenitic ductile iron. The physical and chemical detection and analysis have been carried out. Successful trial production of the castings to meet the technical requirements of mechanical properties and metallographic structure.%对GGG-NiMn137无磁奥氏体球铁的熔炼工艺设计和实施进行了系统总结,包括GGG-NiMn137奥氏体球铁化学成分控制和球化孕育处理,进行了理化检测和分析,成功试制出力学性能和金相组织均符合技术要求的铸件支撑.
