通过对磨球样品硬度、冲击韧性的性能测试及金相组织的观察,研究了在不同化学成分配比、热处理温度等条件下铸球性能的差异.采用正交实验法代替固定变量法,缩短了实验时间和成本.实验结果得到了一种性能良好、生产成本低、工序简单的磨球生产工艺.%The effects of chemical composition and heat treatment on properties of wear-resistant cast ball were studied through hardness and impelling strength test,metallographic structure analysis.The study used orthogonal test instead of fixed variable method for a shorter experimental cost and time.The experimental results show that,the wear-resistant cast ball shows the best integrative properties,the lowest cost,and lest production difficulty.
