This paper will Shangrao city as research subjects, analyzed the concept of low-carbon economy , the role and status of the forestry in low-carbon economy, then put forward some discuss recommendations which how to develop forestry in order to improve the low-carbon economy in Shangrao city.%将研究的视角集中于上饶市，对低碳经济的概念，以及林业在低碳经济中的作用地位进行了分析，对如何在上饶市发展林业以提升上饶市低碳经济提出了部分探讨性建议。
