国有林业局正在陆续开展森林认证工作，黑龙江省国有林区仅有少数林业局开展了此项工作。通过积极的宣传、认真落实森林认证管理，进一步加强森林管理工作，提高森林经营活动在经济、环境、社会三个方面的综合效益，实现森林资源可持续发展目标。%Forest certification is being carried out in succession by most state-owned forestry bureau, only a few state-owned forest in Heilongjiang province forestry bureau to carry out this work.
