Combine with the status of state-owned forest forestry industry in Heilongjiang province, analyze the reason of the problem, put forward some suggestions:improving the market competitive environment of the forestry industry, positioning itself in the market environment, fostering their competitiveness and improving the overall quality of the forestry industry, establishing the forestry-tech park , and enhancing the competitiveness of state-owned forest forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province.%针对黑龙江省国有林区林业产业现状，分析存在问题的原因，提出完善林业产业市场竞争环境，在市场环境中为自己定位，培育自己的竞争力，提高林业产业的整体素质，建立林业高科技园区，全面提升黑龙江省国有林区林业产业竞争力的对策建议。
