黑龙江大小兴安岭林区生态主导型经济发展的SWOT研究

摘要

The article has a swot study on the development of ecological dominant economic in xing’an mountains forest region of Heilongjiang using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.And it uses Delphi method to formalize the strength of each influence factor.And it analyse the weight of each factor advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats by AHP.Then it formalizes the general advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and total total total threat.Finally,it constructs of the basic model of development of ecological dominant Economic in xing ' an mountains forest region of Heilongjiang.%通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法对大小兴安岭林区生态主导型经济发展进行SWOT分析，运用德尔菲法进行专家打分，确立各影响因素强度，运用层次分析法构造判断矩阵来分析优势、劣势、机会及威胁中各要素的权重，根据各因素强度及权重确立总优势、总劣势、总机会和总威胁，从而构建黑龙江大小兴安岭林区生态主导型经济发展的基本模式。
