固原市森林生态效益补偿机制建设的思考

Combined with the status quo of Guyuan city forest ecological benefit compensation mechanism, benefit and existing problems were analyzed, put forward to perfect the compensation mechanism of forest ecological benefit requires state financial support, establish the concept of common development and sustainable development, improve forest ecological benefit compensation fund system construction and so on.%结合固原市森林生态效益补偿机制的现状、效益以及存在的问题进行分析,提出完善森林生态效益补偿机制需要国家财政的扶持,树立共同发展与可持续发展的理念,完善森林生态效益补偿基金制度建设等建议.
