刨花板家具部件的封边剥离性能的研究

     

摘要

By utilizing experimental design and real-time analysis, the peeling properties of edge-banded parts of particleboard furniture were studied. The results showed that the peel strength was affected significantly by thickness of PVC: the thicker the PVC was, the higher the peel strength would be. The average value of peel strength was 20%~50% more than the minimum commonly. Under the conditions of peeling speed being 12mm/min, the peeling strength of the sample (0.45mm PVC edge-banded 16mm particleboard) was only 2686N/m. The thicker the PVC was, the larger the possibility of particleboard fracture would be. When the thickness of PVC was 0.45mm, the failure occurred mainly between particleboard and adhesive, when the thickness of PVC was lmm, the failure occurred mainly between the PVC and the adhesive. When thickness of PVC was 2mm, the substrate (particleboard) broke before PVC edge band starting to peel. The peel strength difference between maximum and minimum of the sample made of 25mm particleboard was less than that made of 16mm.%采用全面试验设计和实时分析,对刨花板家具部件的封边剥离性能进行了研究.结果表明:PVC厚度对剥离强度的影响极显著,PVC厚度增加,剥离强度明显增大;剥离强度的平均值高于最小值的0.2~0.5倍;0.45mmPVC,16mm刨花板基材,在12mm/min剥离速度下,剥离强度最小,其值仅为2686N/m;PVC越厚,基材越易发生折断;PVC厚度0.45mm的剥离破坏主要发生在刨花板与热熔胶之间,PVC厚度1mm的剥离破坏主要发生在PVC与热熔胶之间,2mm厚PVC封边条尚未开始剥离,刨花板基材即被折断;25mm厚刨花板基材的剥离强度波动差值低于16mm厚刨花板基材剥离强度波动差值.
