E0级室外型胶合板用PUF树脂胶的研制

     

摘要

按照酚醛(PF)树脂胶的制备工艺,采用CaO和NaOH为复合催化剂,在碱性条件下制备了U/(P+U)质量比分别为20%、30%、40%的尿素改性酚醛(PUF)埘脂胶.该胶制备工艺简单,反应平稳,操作易控制,再现性好,成本较低,储存期达5个月以上,该系列PUF树脂胶压制的杨木胶合板、桉杨胶合板和桉木胶合板,胶合强度均符合Ⅰ类胶合板要求,甲醛释放量<0.3 mg/L,符合E0级标准,达到日本标准F***级要求.%The phenol-urea-formaldehyde (PUF) resins are synthesized by alkali traditional process using CaO and NaOH as the compound catalyst.The ratio of U/(P+U) of the resin are 20%,30% and 40%,respectively.The adhesive production has many characteristics of simple manufacture process,smooth reacting,easy operation,good reproducibility,low cost,and the reserving time can be over 5 months.The bond strength of Poplar,Poplar-Eucalyptus,and Eucalyptus plywood bonded with the PUF resins can meet the requirements of type Ⅰ plywood and the formaldehyde emission is less than 0.3 mg/L,which reaches the E0 grade standard and the Japanese F**** requirements.
