The author of this paper systematically introduces the characteristics of BIM technology,and the application of BIM technology in engineering design and engineering construction.At the same time,also analyzes the restriction factors of BIM technology in our country.It has certain guiding significance to the application and development of BIM technology in our country.%系统地介绍了BIM技术的特点[1],以及BIM技术在工程设计和工程施工中的应用.同时也客观地分析了BIM技术在我国普及的制约因素.对BIM技术在我国的应用发展具有一定的指导意义.
