Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of Fuyan Kangfu Capsule combined with Metronidazole on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 84 patients who suffered from the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease accepted treatments in our hospital from April, 2012 to May, 2014 were taken as the research objects. And these patients were randomly di-vided into the control group and the observation group, with 42 patients in each group. In the control group, the patients were treated with intravenous drip of Metronidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection, while in the observation group, the patients were given Fuyan Kangfu Capsule after intravenous drip of Metronidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection. And the curative effects and safety of these two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The response rate in the observation group was 92.86%, and that in the control group was 71.43%, which indicated that the treatment effect of the observation group was evidently better than that of the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group while the negative rate of salpingography in the observation group was evidently higher than that in the control group and the differences had the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, Fuyan Kangfu Capsule combined with Metronidazole has significant effect with high safety, which can improve the negative rate of fallopi-an tube, thus it is worthy of further application and promotion in the clinical practice.%目的：探讨妇炎康复胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择该院2012年4月—2014年5月收治的84例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组42例和观察组42例，对照组行甲硝唑氯化钠静脉滴注治疗，观察组行甲硝唑氯化钠静脉滴注后加用妇炎康复胶囊，对两组患者治疗效果及治疗安全性进行分析。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.86%，对照组有效率为71.43%，观察组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，而输卵管造影正常率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者采取妇炎康复胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗，疗效显著，安全性高，可提高输卵管正常率，值得临床进一步推广使用。
