目的：探讨采用外固定架联合L形解剖锁定钛板分阶段治疗Rüedi-AllgowerⅢ型pilon骨折的临床效果。方法对在该院治疗的80例患者资料进行分析，将患者按照治疗时间分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用锁定加压钢板治疗，实验组采用外固定架联合L形解剖锁定钛板分阶段治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为95%，高于对照组的85%(P<0.05)；实验组满意度为95%，高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论对于Rüedi-AllgowerⅢ型pilon骨折患者采用外固定架联合L形解剖锁定钛板分阶段治疗效果较好，值得推广使用。%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the external fixator combined with L shaped anatomical locking titanium plate in the treatment of Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ type pilon fractures at different stages. Methods The data of 80 patients treated in our hospital were analyzed. And they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of therapy. The control group was treated by locking compression plate, and the experimental group was treated by external fixtor combined with L shaped anatomical locking titanium plate at different stages. And the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%, higher than that (85%) of the control group (P<0.05); the level of satisfaction of the experimental group was 95%, higher than that (77.5%) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of external fixator combined with L shaped anatomical locking titanium plate in the treatment of Rüedi-AllgowerⅢtype pilon fracture at different stages is better, and it is worthy to be popularized.
