96例危重症手足口病的临床特点和诊疗分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of critical hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods The clinical data of 1208 patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2014 was selected and divided into mild group( 1112 cases ) and critical disease group(96 cases). Results Of the critical disease group (96 cases), 93 cases were cured (96.88%), 3 cases died; 1112 cases of patients in the mild group were cured. Conclusion We had better attach importance to clinical characteristics, early diagnosis and treatment, improve-ment of the cure rate as well as publicity and education of related knowledge of critical hand-foot-and-mouth disease.%目的：探讨危重症手足口病的临床特点与诊疗。方法整群选取该院在2010年3月—2014年3月间收治的1208例手足口病患儿的临床资料，根据患儿的病情严重情况，将其分为轻症组1112例、危重症组96例。结果危重症组96例手足口病患儿中，有93例患儿治愈（96.88%），3例患儿死亡；轻症组1112例（100%）患儿均治愈。结论临床上要重视危重症手足口病的临床特点，早期诊疗，提高治愈率，并做到相关知识的宣传教育。
