肿瘤标志物检验胃癌与病理检查的临床价值分析

摘要

目的 对肿瘤标志物检验胃癌与病理检查的价值进行探讨.方法 将2013年1月-2015年1月该院胃癌患者50例纳入观察组.同时将该时间段内胃部良性病变患者50例作为对照组.对两组患者组织标本阳性情况进行观察,对比观察组血管内皮生长因子阳性表达与病理检查的对应关系. 结果 观察组血管内皮生长因子阳性表达率为90.00%(45/50),明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中血管内皮生长因子阳性表达与病理检查胃癌分化程度、临床分期、以及淋巴转移均有正相关关系(P<0.05). 结论 血管内皮生长因子与胃癌病理检查结果关系密切,其检出阳性与胃癌临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移正相关.%Objective The value of tumor markers inspection stomach cancer and pathological examination were observed.
